Order Processing:
Upon confirmation of your order, our team begins the careful preparation of your items for shipping. Typically, items are processed within 1-3 business days. We aim to expedite this process; however, some items may experience longer processing times due to limited availability. Should there be any anticipated delays, you will be notified via email.
Standard Shipping:
This is our default shipping method, which offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for delivering your items. The delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is approximately 14 business days, depending on your location.
Order Status Updates:
We keep you updated about your order status through email notifications from the moment your order is placed.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, which will include a detailed summary of your order, along with shipping and billing details.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will notify you that your items are on their way and will include details about the items in the shipment, along with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipment status. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive individual Shipping Confirmations for each shipment.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. For cancellations, please contact us at info@kissmyfrog.com.
Returns and Refunds:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Exceptions include swimwear and lingerie, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please email us at info@kissmyfrog.com with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive a return confirmation with a designated return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same guidelines as for returns. Contact us via email for assistance.
Statutory Rights:
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected by our return or shipping policies.
