Refund policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Post-dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Contact us at info@kissmyfrog.com for cancellations.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Exceptions include swimwear and lingerie, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Email info@kissmyfrog.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. You will receive a return confirmation with a designated address.

3. Send the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@kissmyfrog.com. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
